Conditions for Returning Products

In accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act," any product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the purchase day. Please ensure that the product meets the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • The product shows no signs of use.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • All included components are complete and in full.
  • All factory seals, tags, and stickers remain unchanged.
  • Ensure your product is not listed in the List of Non-Returnable Goods for items of proper quality.

In case of product malfunction within 30 days of purchase, please contact the service department to verify the defect. Upon confirmation of a manufacturer defect, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund.
